WHAT CAN I DO IF THE MACHINE STOPS WORKING? No worry, dear. All the machines we sell have one year quality service and you can reach us through amazon message or service email on the package. We will reply as soon as possible. WHY DOES THE FREEZER FREEZE? There might be various reasons: 1. The temp set is too cold - please reset to a higher level. E.g. turn to 3 or 4 if it's 6 or 7 before. 2. The doors is not fully closed. 3. Food in fridge contain too much moisture - please pack them in sealed boxes.
